We supply products to the UK only currently.
Purchases can be made online using a credit or debit card. If you
wish to pay by cheque, please telephone or email us to make
arrangements. Goods can then be reserved and will be despatched once
the cheque has cleared.
Products purchased will be despatched within 7 working days from
date of order. If we are unable to despatch within this timescale,
we will contact you (for this reason, please ensure you give
accurate contact details).
Delivery charges are shown separately, as part of the shopping
process.
If any of your purchases arrive damaged or broken, please telephone
or email us immediately so that we can make arrangements with you
for their return, and a refund or replacement made to you.
With the exception of earrings, which cannot be returned for hygiene
reasons, unworn/unused purchases can be returned to us for refund
within 7 days of receipt. If returning items, please telephone or
email us to let us know you are returning the item(s), ensure the
item(s) is/are securely packaged, and return by recorded or special
delivery. On receipt of the item(s) in new condition, we will refund
the purchase price but not postage costs. |
